Our commitment to our candidate’s confidentiality is one of the main reasons we have had long careers in the legal recruitment business.

• Your details are only ever shared with our clients after we obtain your express prior consent.
• We only work with clients who we trust will respect the confidentiality of the candidates we represent.
• We explicitly express to clients that references or current employers are not to be contacted without the prior consent of our candidates.
• Any personal details sent to us are stored in a secure database and cannot be accessed by anyone outside of Prospects.

Professional

For candidates seeking to keep their details private, we advise not to send their information to ‘blind’ advertisements (i.e. where the direct employer is not identified) without first speaking to the person advertising the role. This applies to all recruitment agencies, including ourselves.

If in doubt, delay sending through your CV/resume until you are happy for this person to represent you.
