Corporate Lawyer 1-5 PQE

Responsibilities
All lawyers at this firm are expected to undertake a certain level of business development so experience of this is a plus but not a prerequisite.
- Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, investments and other strategic transactions at all stages; performing due diligence, drafting and negotiating term sheets and transaction documentation
- Supporting closing transactions and post-closing integration
- Assisting with other special corporate projects to completion in an efficient and effective manner and with a team-oriented approach
Skills/Experience
- 2+ years PQE with experience including M&A transactions, private equity deals, public takeovers, IPOs and secondary fundraisings for listed corporate clients
- Candidates should have a generalist corporate skills.
- Excellent communication skills, hard-working, and able to look at problems analytically.
- Strong academic background with a confident and personable character.
