Our client is a domestic law firm, based in Dublin 2 with a reputation for excellence in their legal offerings. With over 30 staff, including 5 partners and 15 fee earners they offer employees a supportive and professional working culture, evidenced by their very low staff turnover.
This role will suit an ambitious employment lawyer who is close to partner level.

Responsibilities
- This role is a senior role within the firm and one that has a clearly defined path to partner.
- A client following is not a prerequisite for the role but is an advantage.
- Client management of some large key corporate clients.
- This role will report into the managing partner.
Skills/Experience
- 7+ years PQE in Employment law
- Excellent communicator with superb client relationship skills
- Team player
- Experienced in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
