Litigation Solicitor
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team within this role, it is an excellent opportunity to secure an interesting role within such an exciting firm with High End Clients. You will be working within a highly qualified team of Solicitors to ensure you provide a quality service to their clients, in an efficient manner. The working environment is both challenging and interesting.

Responsibilities
- Advise on several financial institutions and publicly quoted companies.
- Inform and recommend clients involved in mediation, arbitration and commercial negotiations.
- Have ability to handle matters in a litigious or advisory capacity and advise management and clients in relation to receiverships, enforcement and judgement proceedings.
- Progression of litigation proceedings in District, Circuit and High Court.
Skills/Experience
- A desired 1-2 years + litigation experience, acting for large financial institutions/banks/state or public bodies would be an advantage.
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland England or Wales
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Confidence and ability to work independently
- Have ability to handle matters in a litigious or advisory capacity and advise management and clients in relation to receiverships, enforcement and judgement proceedings.
