Partner (Equity)- Intellectual Property and Patent Litigation

Prospects Recruitment have been retained by a leading international law firm to source a new equity partner for their market leading European IP and Patent Litigation team.

Based in Dublin you will join an established and growing team of highly regarded partners and associates.

The ideal candidate will have some of the following experience:

• A practice dealing with complex contentious IP and technology matters – both from a domestic and international perspective.
• Experience in regulatory disputes and investigations; product liability; and judicial review.
• Experience of bringing new products to market, and the issues that can arise therefrom.
• Experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma industries is desirable.

A large book of portable business is not a prerequisite for this role due to the large volume of work that this teams handles globally, but a portable book is, of course, advantageous.
