Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor

Location: Dublin
We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Associate Solicitor (5+PQE), on behalf of one of
Ireland’s top commercial law firms.
You will be joining a highly regarded and very successful Corporate team, specialising in a broad range of corporate transactional and general commercial law. The role will encompass delivering a comprehensive and experienced service to a diverse base of domestic and international clients across a wide range of sectors, with particular experience advising on M&A transactions in the energy sector including the sale of wind farms and grid connection capacity.

Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements and ancillary documents
- Advising clients on drafting standards terms and conditions of supply, project finance, company secretarial, outsourcing agreements and IP&IT law.
- Drafting of lending agreements and ancillary documents
- Company law advice
- Contract review
Skills/Experience
- Qualified to work as a Solicitor in Ireland, ideally with a minimum of 5+ years relevant PQE
- Corporate transactional experience
- Knowledge of drafting and negotiation of corporate documents including shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and disclosure letters
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
- Have an ability to exercise sound judgement, decision making with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
