Matthew Roberts

Matthew is a Director at Prospects Recruitment Ltd and heads up the Accounting and Finance department. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy & Finance from Liverpool’s John Moores University and is a qualified accountant (ACCA).

With experience in recruitment since 2016, Matthew has worked in established agencies and start-ups helping scale multiple teams. He has sourced talent across finance, and his area of specialisation is qualified accountants through to CFO. Matthew has worked across all company sizes and sectors including indigenous Irish companies, International Plcs, aviation leasing and banking.

Advising business leaders on the macro environment and market trends, he has been integral in building some of Ireland’s gold-standard finance teams.
