Patricia is co-founder and director at Prospects Ltd. She is a strong legal professional with an Employment Law Diploma from the King’s Inns and a Bachelor of Business Degree focused in Marketing & Human Resources.

Patricia has been working within the Legal Recruitment area since 2014 and understands the key attributes and experience necessary to be successful within the legal profession. Since 2014, she has developed a keen eye for matching the very best legal talent with the right career opportunity across private practice, in-house and public sectors whilst using the most up to date resources.

She was previously Team Lead and Senior Consultant in a Legal Division that delivered services to organisations and legal professionals across areas such as; financial services, private practice, industry, commerce and the public sector in Ireland.
